- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER - POWER SOURCE AND BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the F126 telematics transceiver connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition F126-20 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω - Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage

- Replace the telematics transceiver with a new one.
- CHECK FOR DTC
- Clear the DTCs.
Body Electrical > Navigation System > Clear DTCs
- Turn the ignition switch off.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON and wait for 90 seconds.
- Turn the ignition switch off.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON and wait for 90 seconds.
- Using the Techstream, recheck for DTCs and proceed to the following step.
Body Electrical > Navigation System > Trouble Codes
