- Check Vehicle Control History (RoB) (Audio and Visual System)
- In accordance with the display of the Techstream, check the vehicle control history (RoB).

- If the forward recognition camera temporarily stopped operating due to excessive temperatures, etc., a forward recognition camera malfunction (X2010) may be stored.
X20B1 Rear Camera Malfunction*1 Radio receiver assembly is storing history from when a back guide monitor malfunction was received Perform troubleshooting for the back guide monitor system.

Stored when a back guide monitor malfunction notification is received by the radio receiver assembly via CAN communication.X3FF0 Over The Air Activation Start Radio receiver assembly is storing history from when CAN microcomputer OTA started - X3FF1 Over The Air Activation Stop Radio receiver assembly is storing history from when CAN microcomputer OTA ended - X8020 Video/Sound Signal Malfunction Radio receiver assembly is storing history from when an auxiliary battery low voltage (6.75 V or less) was detected - Momentarily idle the vehicle or charge the auxiliary battery.
- When the auxiliary battery voltage returns to normal, drive the vehicle.
- Check that the battery voltage is within the standard voltage range.

X8021 Touch Switch Stuck Radio receiver assembly is storing history from when a stuck touch switch was detected - Check for foreign objects (foreign matter, film, etc.).
- Replace the multi-display assembly.
X8022 Initialization History Radio receiver assembly is storing history from when an intended initialization operation was detected HINT:
Explain to the customer that the radio receiver assembly stores a history of an intended initialization operation using the radio receiver assembly.X8023 Navi Kit Use History Radio receiver assembly is storing history from when the vehicle speed signal was off, the parking brake signal was on and DTC B228231 was detected - Check for and remove non-genuine parts if any are installed.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON from off, and check again.
X8030 Soft Update (USB Reading Error) Radio receiver assembly is storing history from when a USB memory error was detected HINT:
Explain to the customer that any of the following could be the cause:- There is no update program
- Memory cannot be read

X8034 USB Memory Malfunction (With No Playable File) Radio receiver assembly is storing history from when no playable files on a USB storage device connected to the No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly was detected Connect a USB storage device that has playable files.
HINT:
Explain to the customer that there were no playable files on the USB storage device.X8038 iPod Malfunction Radio receiver assembly is storing history from when a malfunctioning iPod was connected to the No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly - Turn the ignition switch from off to ACC.
- Check that the cable connecting the iPod is not malfunctioning.
- Check the software version of the iPod iOS and check that it is a compatible device.
- Explain to the customer that the iPod itself may be malfunctioning.
- When the ignition switch is ACC and the iPod is connected to the No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly, a record of the malfunction is stored.
- If another iPod is to be connected, it is necessary to turn the ignition switch off in order for the device to be detected.
X8039 iPod Malfunction (With Control Software) Radio receiver assembly is storing history from when there was a malfunction of the control software of an iPod connected to the No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly X803A iPod Malfunction (With Communication Error) Radio receiver assembly is storing history from when a communication error with an iPod connected to the No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly was detected X803B iPod Malfunction (With No Playable File) Radio receiver assembly is storing history from when no playable files on an iPod connected to the No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly was detected Connect an iPod that has playable files.
HINT:- When the ignition switch is on (ACC) and the iPod is connected to the No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly, a record of the malfunction is stored.
- If another iPod is to be connected, it is necessary to turn the ignition switch off in order for the device to be detected.
X803D Camera Picture Record Malfunction Radio receiver assembly is storing history from when an internal foundation image malfunction was detected If the malfunction continues to recur, replace the radio receiver assembly.
