DTC B2282-31: Vehicle Speed Signal Circuit Open [07/2022 - ]: Procedure

1. Check vehicle control history (RoB)
   1. Using the Techstream, check for vehicle control history (RoB).

      Body Electrical > Navigation System > Utility 

      Tester Display
      Vehicle Control History (RoB)

   Result

   Vehicle control history (RoB) is not output	B

   1. Enter diagnostic mode.
   2. Select "Function Check/Setting" from the "Service Menu" screen.
   3. Select "System Sensors Check" from the "Function Check/Setting I" screen.
2. System sensors check
   1. Drive the vehicle and confirm that the displayed Speed changes in accordance with the vehicle driving condition.

REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [07/2022 - ]

1. Disconnect the F23 combination meter assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the F130 radio receiver assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   F23-8 (+S) - F130-8 (SPD)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   F23-8 (+S) or F130-8 (SPD) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG
