Terminals Of Ecu [07/2022 - ]

  1. CLEARANCE WARNING ECU ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the F62 clearance warning ECU assembly connector.
    2. Measure the voltage and resistance on the wire harness side connector according to the value(s) in the table below.
      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      F62-1 (IG) - F62-28 (E) R - W-B IG power source signal Ignition switch off Below 1 V
      Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V
      F62-28 (E) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω
    3. Reconnect the F62 clearance warning ECU assembly connector.
    4. Measure the voltage and check for pulses according to the value(s) in the table below.

      F62-2 (BOF) - F62-28 (E) W - W-B Power source for front sensor circuit Ignition switch off Below 1 V
      • Ignition switch ON
      • Parking support alert system on
      11 to 14 V
      F62-4 (E5) - F62-28 (E) GR - W-B Ground for front clearance sonar Always Below 1 Ω
      F62-3 (SOF) - F62-28 (E) G - W-B Front sensor communication signal (Front clearance sonar sensor)
      • Ignition switch ON
      • Parking support alert system on
      • Shift lever in any position other than P or R
      • Vehicle speed is less than approximately 10 km/h (6 mph)
      Pulse generation
      (Refer to waveform 1)
      F62-9 (CBZ) - F62-8 (EF) SB - P No. 1 clearance warning buzzer signal Buzzer sounding Pulse generation
      (Refer to waveform 2)
      F62-25 (BBZ) - F62-26 (ER) L - B No. 2 clearance warning buzzer signal Buzzer sounding Pulse generation
      (Refer to waveform 2)
      F62-19 (BOR) - F62-28 (E) GR - W-B Power source for rear sensor circuit Ignition switch off Below 1 V
      • Ignition switch ON
      • Parking support alert system on
      11 to 14 V
      F62-21 (E1) - F62-28 (E) SB - W-B Ground for rear clearance sonar Always Below 1 Ω
      F62-20 (SOR) - F62-28 (E) P - W-B Rear sensor communication signal (Rear clearance sonar sensor)
      • Ignition switch ON
      • Parking support alert system on
      • Shift lever in R
      • Vehicle speed is less than approximately 10 km/h (6 mph)
      Pulse generation
      (Refer to waveform 1)
    5. Using an oscilloscope, check waveform 1.

        • CH1: F62-3 (SOF) - F62-28 (E)
        • CH2: F62-20 (SOR) - F62-28 (E)
        Measurement setting 5 V/DIV., 1 ms./DIV.
        Condition
        • Ignition switch ON
        • Parking support alert system on
        • Shift lever in any position other than P or R (CH1)
        • Shift lever in R (CH2)
        • Vehicle speed is less than approximately 10 km/h (6 mph)

        HINT: 

        The waveforms for CH1 and CH2 are same.

    6. Using an oscilloscope, check waveform 2.

        Measurement setting 2 V/DIV., 500 μs./DIV.
        Condition Buzzer sounding

        HINT: 

        The amplitude of the waveform changes according to the set volume.

  3. BLIND SPOT MONITOR SENSOR LH (B) 

    Refer to TERMINALS OF ECU [10/2018 - ]

  4. REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to TERMINALS OF ECU [07/2022 - ]
