The Display of the Multi-display does not Switched [10/2018 - 07/2022]: Procedure

  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CLEARANCE WARNING ECU ASSEMBLY - MULTI-DISPLAY) 
    1. Disconnect the F62 clearance warning ECU assembly connector.
    2. Disconnect the F6 multi-display connector.
    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      F62-33 (MSDL) - F6-14 (CSWA) Always Below 1 Ω
      F62-33 (MSDL) or F6-14 (CSWA) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

      Result

      Proceed to
      OK
      NG

    Result: 

    NG 

    REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

    Result: 

    OK 

    See step  2

  2. INSPECT CLEARANCE WARNING ECU ASSEMBLY 
    1. Connect the F62 clearance warning ECU assembly connector.

      *a Component with harness connected
      (Clearance Warning ECU Assembly)
    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      F62-33 (MSDL) - Body ground Ignition switch ON
      Shift lever in any position other than P
      Below 3 V
      F62-33 (MSDL) - Body ground Ignition switch ON
      Shift lever in P
      8 V or higher

      Result

      Proceed to
      OK
      NG

    Result: 

    OK 

    PROCEED TO NEXT SUSPECTED AREA SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE. Refer to  PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE [10/2018 - 07/2022] 

    Result: 

    NG 

    REPLACE CLEARANCE WARNING ECU ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [10/2018 - 07/2022]
