Removal [08/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  2. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  3. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  4. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  5. REMOVE REAR NO. 4 FLOOR BOARD 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  6. REMOVE FRONT DECK FLOOR BOX (for LH Side) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  7. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  8. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  9. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side) 

    Refer to REMOVAL [08/2019 - ]

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side) 

    Refer to REMOVAL [08/2019 - ]

  12. REMOVE UPPER QUARTER TRIM PAD LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 23

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 24

  14. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH SIDE PLATE LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 25

  15. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK (for LH Side) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 26

  16. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK (for RH Side) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 34

  17. REMOVE ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 27

  18. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY (for LH Side) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  19. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT LIGHT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  20. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 29

  21. REMOVE RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL BEZEL RH (w/o Rear Power Seat System) 

    for RH Side:

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 37

  22. REMOVE FOLD SEAT SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Power Seat System) 

    for RH Side:

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  23. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 39

  24. REMOVE REAR LIGHT COVER (for Bulb Type Turn Signal Light) 
    1. Using a molding remover, disengage the 3 claws as shown in the illustration.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws and guide to remove the rear light cover as shown in the illustration.

  25. REMOVE REAR LIGHT COVER (for LED Type Turn Signal Light) 
    1. Using a molding remover, disengage the 3 claws as shown in the illustration.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws to remove the rear light cover as shown in the illustration.

  26. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Apply protective tape around the rear combination light assembly as shown in the illustration.

    3. Remove the 2 screws.

    4. Pull the rear combination light assembly toward the rear of the vehicle as shown in the illustration to disengage the pin and 3 guides and separate the rear combination light assembly.
      NOTE:

      To prevent the rear combination light assembly from falling when disengaging the pin, lightly hold the rear combination light assembly.

    5. Disengage the grommet to remove the rear combination light assembly.
