Removal [09/2014 - 11/2017]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 LANE RECOGNITION COVER (w/ Lane Departure Alert System) 
    1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the claw and 4 guides to remove the No. 1 lane recognition cover as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration.

      *a Protective Tape

      HINT: 

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 LANE RECOGNITION COVER (w/ Lane Departure Alert System) 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides to remove the No. 2 lane recognition cover as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR STAY HOLDER COVER (w/o Lane Departure Alert System) 
    1. Disengage the 2 guides and slide the inner rear view mirror stay holder cover as shown in the illustration.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the inner rear view mirror stay holder cover.

  4. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Using a T20 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the screw and inner rear view mirror assembly as shown in the illustration.
