Stereo Jack Adapter Light does not Illuminate [11/2017 - ]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the O166 and O151 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connectors.
2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   O166-1 (UPI) - Body ground	Engine switch on (ACC)	5 V
   O151-8 (ACC) - Body ground	Engine switch on (ACC)	11 to 14 V

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

OK 

REPLACE NO. 1 STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [09/2014 - ] 

Result: 

NG

1. Disconnect the O165 radio receiver assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the O166 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   *b	Front view of wire harness connector (to No. 1 Stereo Jack Adapter Assembly)

   Standard Resistance

   O166-1 (UPI) or O165-1 (USV1) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

1. Disconnect the O146 radio receiver assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the O151 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   O151-8 (ACC) - O146-16 (ACC)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   O151-8 (ACC) or O146-16 (ACC) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result

   Proceed to
