Removal [09/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Put protective tape around the lower instrument panel pad sub-assembly LH.

      Detach the 5 claws and 2 clips.

    3. Disconnect the connector and remove the lower instrument panel pad sub-assembly LH.
  2. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Put protective tape around the lower instrument panel pad sub-assembly RH.

      Detach the 15 claws and remove the lower instrument panel pad sub-assembly RH.

  3. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Detach the 2 claws and disconnect the shifting hole cover.

      Twist the shift lever knob sub-assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow and remove it.

  4. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE BOX

    1. Put protective tape around the upper console box.

      Using a moulding remover A, detach the 4 clips and remove the upper console box.

  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH

    1. Put protective tape around the instrument panel finish panel end LH.

      Detach the 2 clips and 7 guides and remove the instrument panel finish panel end LH.

  6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH

    1. Put protective tape around the instrument panel finish panel end RH.

      Detach the 2 clips and 7 guides and remove the instrument panel finish panel end RH.

  7. REMOVE LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Put protective tape around the lower center instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly.

      Using a moulding remover A, detach the 2 claws and 2 clips and remove the lower center instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Put protective tape around the upper console panel sub-assembly.

      Detach the 6 claws and 2 guides.

    3. Disconnect the connectors and remove the upper console panel sub-assembly.
  9. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Put protective tape around the rear console end panel sub-assembly.

      Using a moulding remover B, detach the 6 claws.

    3. Disconnect the connectors and remove the rear console end panel sub-assembly.
  10. REMOVE DCM (TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER) (w/ Telematics Transceiver) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [09/2015 - 08/2017] Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5 [08/2017 - ]

  11. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 4 bolts and 2 screws.
    2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the rear console box sub-assembly.
