DTC B165C: 2nd Seat Seat Belt Buckle Switch (LH) [10/2020 - 10/2023]: Procedure
- CHECK CONNECTION OF CONNECTORS
- Turn the power switch off.
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal, and wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Check that the connectors are properly connected to the pedestrian detection ECU assembly and rear seat inner belt assembly LH.

- CHECK CONNECTORS
- Disconnect the connectors from the pedestrian detection ECU assembly and rear seat inner belt assembly LH.
*1 Rear Seat Inner Belt Assembly LH *2 Pedestrian Detection ECU Assembly *3 Rear Seat Wire LH *4 Floor Wire *5 Instrument Panel Wire - Check that the connectors (on the pedestrian detection ECU assembly side and rear seat inner belt assembly LH side) are not damaged.

- CHECK REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH CIRCUIT
- Connect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal, and wait for at least 2 seconds.

- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage

- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal, and wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Using a service wire, connect terminals 14 (LBR-) and 15 (LBR+) of connector B.NOTE:
Do not forcibly insert the service wire into the terminals of the connector when connecting a service wire.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition R50-1 - R50-2 Always Below 1 Ω - Disconnect the service wire from connector B.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
