Power supply voltage ratio of PMC1 and VCM1 0.17 or less, and 0.066 or more

HINT: 

The power supply voltage ratio is the ratio of the voltage of PMC1 and VCM1.

Both of the following conditions are met A and B
A. Following conditions is met 0.2 seconds or more
