DTC C1AF1-96: Ultrasonic Sensor (Rear Left Side) Component Internal Failure [10/2023 - ]: Description

The rear side ultrasonic sensor (RLS sensor) is installed on the rear bumper. The clearance warning ECU assembly detects obstacles based on signals it receives from the rear side ultrasonic sensor (RLS sensor). If an open circuit or other malfunction occurs in the rear side ultrasonic sensor (RLS sensor), the rear side ultrasonic sensor (RLS sensor) does not operate correctly.
