DTC B1653: Seat Position Airbag Sensor Circuit Malfunction [04/2020 - 05/2023]: Description

The front seat adjuster assembly (seat position airbag sensor) circuit consists of the airbag ECU assembly and front seat adjuster assembly (seat position airbag sensor).

DTC B1653 is stored when a malfunction is detected in the front seat adjuster assembly (seat position airbag sensor) circuit.
