The airbag ECU assembly consists of a deceleration sensor, safing sensor, drive circuit, diagnosis circuit, ignition control, etc.
If the airbag ECU assembly receives signals from the pedestrian protection sensor, it determines whether or not the pop up hood lifter should be activated.
DTC B11A0, B11A1, B11A2, B11A3 or B11A4 is stored when a malfunction is detected in the airbag ECU assembly.
