Installation [03/2017 - 04/2020]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK EDGE PROTECTOR 
    1. Push in the installation direction (1) shown in the illustration to set the front seatback edge protector to the lumbar support adjuster assembly LH.

      Install in this Direction (2)
    2. Push in the installation direction (2) shown in the illustration to attach the claw and install the front seatback edge protector.

      HINT: 

      Use the same procedure for both of the front seatback edge protector.

  2. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK HOOK 
    1. Install 2 new front seatback hooks to the lumbar support adjuster assembly LH.

  3. INSTALL LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Slide in the installation direction shown in the illustration to attach the claws of the 2 front seatback hooks.

      Install in this Direction
      NOTE:

      Check that the claws of the front seatback hooks are securely attached.

    2. Attach the claws.

    3. Connect the connector and attach the wire harness clamps.
    4. Install a new cable tie.

      *1 Reclining Adjuster Equalizing Cable Assembly LH
      NOTE:
      • Be sure to set the reclining adjuster equalizing cable assembly LH to the back side of the front seatback spring sub-assembly LH.
      • No play in the cable.
  4. INSTALL SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER LH (w/ Seat Heater System) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 34

  5. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for Standard Seat Type) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 39

  6. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK PAD WITH COVER LH (for Sports Seat Type) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 40

  7. INSTALL FRONT UPPER SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for Standard Seat Type) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 41

  8. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (for Standard Seat Type) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 42

  9. INSTALL FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (for Sports Seat Type) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 43

  10. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for Standard Seat Type) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 44

  11. INSTALL RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 46

  12. INSTALL SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 47

  13. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 48

  14. INSTALL LH SEAT FRONT OUTER SEATBACK EDGE PROTECTOR 

    See step  13

  15. INSTALL FRONT INNER SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH

  17. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

  19. PERFORM ZERO POINT CALIBRATION AND SENSITIVITY CHECK (for Front Passenger Seat)
