Disassembly [05/2023 - ]: Procedure
- REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY
HINT:
Perform this procedure only when replacing console compartment door lock sub-assembly.
- Peel off and remove the 2 No. 1 rear seat console table plugs.
- Remove the 2 screws and console compartment door lock sub-assembly.
*1 Console Box Cushion NOTE:When removing the console compartment door lock sub-assembly, make sure that the console box cushion does not drop from the console box assembly.
- Peel off and remove the 2 No. 1 rear seat console table plugs.
- REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Peel off and remove the 2 No. 1 rear seat console table plugs.
- Remove the 2 screws.
- Place your hand at the position shown in the illustration, detach the claw and remove the rear upper console panel.
Place Hand Here Remove in this Direction - Place your finger at the position shown in the illustration and detach the clip in the order shown in the illustration.

Place Hand Here Remove in this Direction - Detach the clip and remove the No. 2 console box hole cover in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration.
Remove in this Direction - Remove the 2 screws.
- Release the slide lock, and then while pushing the slide knob, move the No. 1 console compartment door lock sub-assembly in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration.
*a Slide Lock *b Slide Knob Slide in this Direction Remove the 2 screws.
- Using needle-nose pliers, remove the spring.
- While pushing the slide knob, remove the No. 1 console compartment door lock sub-assembly in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration.

- Peel off and remove the 2 No. 1 rear seat console table plugs.
