Installation [03/2017 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL SPEAKER MOUNTING COVER 
    1. for 12 Speakers:
      1. Install the speaker mouting cover with the 4 bolts.

        Torque: 3.4 N.m (35 kgf/cm, 30 in.lbf) 

    2. for 13 Speakers:
      1. Install the speaker mouting cover with the 4 bolts.

        Torque: 3.4 N.m (35 kgf/cm, 30 in.lbf) 

  2. INSTALL NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY WITH BOX 
    1. for 12 Speakers:

      Nut
      Connector
      1. Connect the connector.
      2. Temporarily set the No. 3 speaker with box assembly on the stand bolt of the partition panel.
      3. Install the No. 3 speaker assembly with box with the 6 nuts.
    2. for 13 Speakers:

      Nut
      Connector
      1. Connect the connector.
      2. Temporarily set the No. 3 speaker with box assembly on the stand bolt of the partition panel.
      3. Install the No. 3 speaker assembly with box with the 6 nuts.
  3. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  4. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING 
    1. Install the No. 2 rear seat cushion spring with the 2 nuts.

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH 
    1. Install the strap with the strap fixing bolt.

      Torque: 4.5 N.m (46 kgf/cm, 40 in.lbf) 

    2. Move the rear seat side garnish in the direction of the arrow shown in the illustration and insert it into the No. 2 rear seat cushion spring.

    3. Align and attach the clips and install the rear seat side garnish.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7
