Yaw Rate Sensor Communication Stop Mode [03/2017 - 05/2023]: Procedure
- CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS WIRE (YAW RATE SENSOR BRANCH WIRE)
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Disconnect the yaw rate sensor connector.
*a Front view of wire harness connector
(to Yaw Rate Sensor) - Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition P35-3 (CANH) - P35-2 (CANL) Cable disconnected from negative (-) battery terminal 54 to 69 Ω Result

REPAIR OR REPLACE CAN BRANCH WIRE OR CONNECTOR

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

(to Yaw Rate Sensor) - Reconnect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
Refer to INITIALIZATION [03/2017 - 04/2020] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [04/2020 - 05/2023]
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
