DTC U0134: Lost Communication with DRS Module [05/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS WIRE (REAR STEERING CONTROL ECU BRANCH WIRE) 
    1. Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
    2. Disconnect the rear steering control ECU connector.

      *a Front view of wire harness connector
      (to Rear Steering Control ECU)
    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      b3-6 (CN2+) - b3-7 (CN2-) Cable disconnected from negative (-) battery terminal 54 to 69 Ω

      Result

      Result
      OK
      NG

    Result: 

    OK 

    REPLACE REAR STEERING CONTROL ECU. Refer to  REMOVAL [05/2023 - ] 

    Result: 

    NG 

    REPAIR OR REPLACE CAN BRANCH WIRE OR CONNECTOR
