Certification ECU Communication Stop Mode [03/2017 - 05/2023]: Procedure
- CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS WIRE (CERTIFICATION ECU [SMART KEY ECU ASSEMBLY] BRANCH WIRE)
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Disconnect the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) connector.

(to Certification ECU [Smart Key ECU Assembly]) - Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

(to Certification ECU [Smart Key ECU Assembly]) - Reconnect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.NOTE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
Refer to INITIALIZATION [03/2017 - 04/2020] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [04/2020 - 05/2023]
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
