Engine Oil Level Sensor Circuit [07/2020 - ]: Procedure

1. Remove the engine oil level sensor.

   Refer to REMOVAL [07/2020 - ]

2. Inspect the engine oil level sensor.

   Refer to INSPECTION [07/2020 - ]

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result:

REPLACE ENGINE OIL LEVEL SENSOR. Refer to  REMOVAL [07/2020 - ] 

Result: 

OK

1. Disconnect the P25 combination meter assembly connector.
2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   P25-15 (OILW) - G38-1 (LOIL)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   G38-2 (GND) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω
   P25-15 (OILW) - Other terminals and body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

OK 

REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [07/2020 - ]
