Installation [08/2015 - 09/2020]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to INSPECTION [04/2013 - 09/2020] 

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY 
    1. Temporarily install the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly with the 2 bolts.

      *a Locking Button
      *b Lock
    2. Fully tighten the bolt (A) first, then the bolt (B).

      Bolt (A) 

      Torque: 7.5 N.m (76 kgf/cm, 66 in.lbf) 

      Bolt (B) 

      Torque: 42 N.m (428 kgf/cm, 31 ft.lbf) 

    3. Connect the pretensioner connector and lock the locking button as shown in the illustration.
      NOTE:

      Securely lock the locking button.

    4. Check that the ELR locks.
      NOTE:

      The check should be performed with the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly installed.

      1. With the belt assembly installed, check that the belt locks when it is pulled out quickly.
  3. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear Sunshade) 
    1. for Fixed Seat Type:
      1. Pass the 3 rear seat belt floor anchors through the holes of the package tray trim panel assembly.
    2. for Fold Down Seat Type:
      1. Pass the 2 rear seat belt floor anchors through the holes of the package tray trim panel assembly.
    3. Engage the 5 guides and 3 clips to install the package tray trim panel assembly.
    4. Install the 4 clips.
  4. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Sunshade) 
    1. Pass the 2 rear seat belt floor anchors through the holes of the package tray trim panel assembly.
    2. Engage the guide and 3 clips to install the package tray trim panel assembly.
    3. Install the 4 clips.
  5. INSTALL CENTER STOP LIGHT ASSEMBLY WITH COVER (w/o Rear Sunshade) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure for all rear seat shoulder belt hole covers.

    1. Engage the 2 guides and 2 claws to install the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

  7. CONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Connect the floor anchor of the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly LH with the bolt.

      *a Protruding Part

      Torque: 42 N.m (428 kgf/cm, 31 ft.lbf) 

      NOTE:

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly LH to overlap the protruding parts of the floor panel.

  8. CONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  9. INSTALL NO. 3 ROOM PARTITION COVER 
    1. Engage the 5 clips to install the No. 3 room partition cover.
  10. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOM PARTITION COVER 
    1. Engage the guide.
    2. Engage the 2 claws and clip to install the No. 2 room partition cover.
    3. Install the clip.
  11. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOM PARTITION COVER 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 2 room partition cover.

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT SUB FLOOR PANEL 
    1. Engage the 3 clips to install the rear seat sub floor panel.
  13. INSTALL FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12

  14. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18

  15. INSTALL INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20 [08/2015 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20 [10/2016 - 09/2020]

  16. INSTALL INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  17. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21 [08/2015 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21 [10/2016 - 09/2020]

  18. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  19. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 26 [08/2015 - 10/2016] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 26 [10/2016 - 09/2020]

  20. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  21. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [04/2013 - 10/2016] , or refer to INSTALLATION [10/2016 - 09/2020]
