Reassembly [04/2013 - 09/2020]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE MUDGUARD PROTECTOR 
    1. Clean the vehicle body surface.
      1. Using a heat light, heat the vehicle body surface.
      2. Remove the double-sided tape from the vehicle body.
      3. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
    2. Clean the No. 1 side mudguard protector (if reusing the No. 1 side mudguard protector).
      1. Using a heat light, heat the No. 1 side mudguard protector.
      2. Remove the double-sided tape from the No. 1 side mudguard protector.
      3. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
      4. Apply new double-sided tape to the No. 1 side mudguard protector.
    3. Remove the release paper from the face of the No. 1 side mudguard protector.

      HINT: 

      After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

    4. for Rear Side:
      1. Install a new No. 1 side mudguard protector to the rocker panel moulding body as shown in the illustration.

        HINT: 

        Press the No. 1 side mudguard protector firmly to install it.

    5. for Front Side:
      1. Install a new No. 1 side mudguard protector to the rocker panel moulding body as shown in the illustration.

        HINT: 

        Press the No. 1 side mudguard protector firmly to install it.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE MUDGUARD PROTECTOR 
    1. Clean the vehicle body surface.
      1. Using a heat light, heat the vehicle body surface.
      2. Remove the double-sided tape from the vehicle body.
      3. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
    2. Clean the No. 2 side mudguard protector (if reusing the side panel emblem).
      1. Using a heat light, heat the No. 2 side mudguard protector.
      2. Remove the double-sided tape from the No. 2 side mudguard protector.
      3. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
      4. Apply new double-sided tape to the No. 2 side mudguard protector.
    3. Install a new No. 2 side mudguard protector.
      1. Remove the release paper from the face of the No. 2 side mudguard protector.

        HINT: 

        After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

      2. Install the No. 2 side mudguard protector as shown in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 ROCKER PANEL MOULDING PROTECTOR 
    1. Clean the vehicle body surface.
      1. Using a heat light, heat the vehicle body surface.
      2. Remove the double-sided tape from the vehicle body.
      3. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
    2. Clean the No. 1 rocker panel moulding protector (if reusing the No. 1 rocker panel moulding protector).
      1. Using a heat light, heat the No. 1 rocker panel moulding protector.
      2. Remove the double-sided tape from the No. 1 rocker panel moulding protector.
      3. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
      4. Apply new double-sided tape to the No. 1 rocker panel moulding protector.
    3. Install a new No. 1 rocker panel moulding protector.
      1. Remove the release paper from the face of the No. 1 rocker panel moulding protector.

        HINT: 

        After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

      2. Install the 2 No. 1 rocker panel moulding protectors as shown in the illustration.

  4. INSTALL NO. 3 ROCKER PANEL MOULDING PROTECTOR 
    1. Clean the vehicle body surface.
      1. Using a heat light, heat the vehicle body surface.
      2. Remove the double-sided tape from the vehicle body.
      3. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
    2. Clean the No. 3 rocker panel moulding protector (if reusing the No. 3 rocker panel moulding protector).
      1. Using a heat light, heat the No. 3 rocker panel moulding protector.
      2. Remove the double-sided tape from the No. 3 rocker panel moulding protector.
      3. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
      4. Apply new double-sided tape to the No. 3 rocker panel moulding protector.
    3. Install a new No. 3 rocker panel moulding protector.
      1. Remove the release paper from the face of the No. 3 rocker panel moulding protector.

        HINT: 

        After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

      2. Install the No. 3 rocker panel moulding protector as shown in the illustration.

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 ROCKER PANEL MOULDING PROTECTOR 
    1. Clean the vehicle body surface.

      2. Remove the double-sided tape from the vehicle body.

    2. Clean the No. 2 rocker panel moulding protector (if reusing the No. 2 rocker panel moulding protector).
      1. Using a heat light, heat the No. 2 rocker panel moulding protector.
      2. Remove the double-sided tape from the No. 2 rocker panel moulding protector.
      3. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
      4. Apply new double-sided tape to the No. 2 rocker panel moulding protector.
    3. Install a new No. 2 rocker panel moulding protector.
      1. Remove the release paper from the face of the No. 2 rocker panel moulding protector.

        HINT: 

        After removing the release paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

      2. Install the No. 2 rocker panel moulding protector as shown in the illustration.
