Removal [06/2014 - 09/2020]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE SYMBOL EMBLEM 
    1. Apply protective tape around the symbol emblem.

      Protective Tape
    2. Using a moulding remover, separate the double-sided tape and disengage the 2 pins to remove the symbol emblem.
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  2. REMOVE NO. 4 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR PLATE 
    1. Apply protective tape around the No. 4 luggage compartment door plate.

      *a Wooden Block
      *b Piano Wire
      Protective Tape
    2. Insert a piano wire between the vehicle body and No. 4 luggage compartment door plate.
    3. Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.
    4. Pull the piano wire and cut the double-sided tape that holds the No. 4 luggage compartment door plate to the vehicle body.
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    5. Remove the No. 4 luggage compartment door plate.
  3. REMOVE NO. 3 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR NAME PLATE 
    1. Apply protective tape around the No. 3 luggage compartment door name plate.

      *a Wooden Block
      *b Piano Wire
      Protective Tape
    2. Insert a piano wire between the vehicle body and No. 3 luggage compartment door name plate.
    3. Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.
    4. Pull the piano wire and cut the double-sided tape that holds the No. 3 luggage compartment door name plate to the vehicle body.
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    5. Remove the No. 3 luggage compartment door name plate.
  4. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT FENDER NAME PLATE 
    1. Apply protective tape around the No. 2 front fender name plate.

      *a Wooden Block
      *b Piano Wire
      Protective Tape
    2. Insert a piano wire between the vehicle body and No. 2 front fender name plate.
    3. Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.
    4. Pull the piano wire and cut the double-sided tape that holds the No. 2 front fender name plate to the vehicle body.
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    5. Disengage the 2 pins to remove the No. 2 front fender name plate.
  5. REMOVE NO. 1 FRONT FENDER NAME PLATE 
    1. Apply protective tape around the No. 1 front fender name plate.

    2. Insert a piano wire between the vehicle body and No. 1 front fender name plate.
    3. Tie objects that can serve as handles (for example, wooden blocks) to both wire ends.
    4. Pull the piano wire and cut the double-sided tape that holds the No. 1 front fender name plate to the vehicle body.
      NOTE:

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    5. Disengage the 2 pins to remove the No. 1 front fender name plate.
