- CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
- Check if CAN communication DTCs are output.
Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [08/2019 - 08/2020] , or refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [08/2020 - 08/2021] , or refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [08/2021 - ]

- INSPECT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE SWITCH ASSEMBLY
- Remove the engine oil pressure switch assembly.
Refer to REMOVAL [08/2015 - ]
- Inspect the engine oil pressure switch assembly.
Refer to ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION [08/2015 - ]

- Remove the engine oil pressure switch assembly.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY - ENGINE OIL PRESSURE SWITCH ASSEMBLY)
- Disconnect the G101 combination meter assembly connector.
- Disconnect the D5 engine oil pressure switch assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition G101-6 (S) - D5-1 Always Below 1 Ω G101-6 (S) or D5-1 - Other terminals and body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher Result
