1. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   G9-1 (MUTE) - Body ground	Engine switch on (ACC) Audio system playing → Audio system changing modes	2.0 V or higher → Below 1 V

1. Disconnect the G6 radio receiver assembly connector.
2. Disconnect the G9 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   G6-25 (MUT1) - G9-1 (MUTE)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   G6-25 (MUT1) or G9-1 (MUTE) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

1. Reconnect the G9 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.
2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
