Disassembly [06/2018 - 08/2021]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT 
    1. Remove the 2 screws <D>.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 2 side defroster nozzle duct.

  2. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 4 screws <D>.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides as shown in the illustration to remove the defroster nozzle assembly.

      Remove in this Direction
  3. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Remove the 4 screws <D> and No. 1 heater to register duct.

  4. REMOVE NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Remove the 3 screws <D> and No. 3 heater to register duct.

  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT 
    1. Remove the 2 screws <D> and No. 2 heater to register duct.

  7. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  8. REMOVE NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  9. REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE 
    1. Disengage the 4 clamps to remove the No. 3 instrument panel wire.

  10. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PIN 
    1. Remove the 2 screws <D> and 2 No. 1 instrument panel pins.

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH 
    1. Disengage the 3 claws and 3 guides to remove the No. 1 defroster nozzle garnish.

  12. REMOVE NO. 2 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH 
    1. Disengage the 3 claws and 3 guides to remove the No. 2 defroster nozzle garnish.

  13. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL 
    1. Pull the center instrument cluster finish panel in the direction indicated by the arrow (1) shown in the illustration to disengage the 2 claws.

      Remove in this Direction (1)
      Remove in this Direction (2)
    2. Pull the center instrument cluster finish panel in the direction indicated by the arrow (2) shown in the illustration to disengage the 2 guides and remove it.
  14. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL END (w/ Headup Display) 
    1. Disengage the 5 claws and 2 guides to remove the instrument cluster finish panel end.
