DTC C1348-00: Different Diameter Tire [10/2018 - ]: Procedure

1. Check the tire sizes to ensure that the front and rear tire sizes are not different.

   Refer to INSPECTION [10/2018 - 07/2022] , or refer to INSPECTION [07/2022 - ]

   HINT: 

   If different tire sizes are discovered, replace the tires so that the tire sizes are the same on all 4 wheels.

2. Adjust the air pressure in the tires.

   Refer to INSPECTION [10/2018 - 07/2022] , or refer to INSPECTION [07/2022 - ]

1. Clear the DTCs.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2018 - ]

   Powertrain > Hybrid Control > Clear DTCs 

2. Turn the power switch on (READY).
3. Drive the vehicle at a speed of 30 km/h (19 mph) or more.
4. Check if the same DTC is output.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2018 - ]

   Powertrain > Hybrid Control > Trouble Codes 

5. Check that no speed sensor DTCs are output.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2018 - ]

   Chassis > ABS/VSC/TRAC > Trouble Codes 

   HINT: 

   • If C1348 and electronically controlled brake system DTCs are output simultaneously, check and repair the trouble areas in the electronically controlled brake system.

     Refer to DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [10/2018 - 08/2021] , or refer to DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [08/2021 - 07/2022] , or refer to DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [07/2022 - ]

   • When a DTC has been stored, the vehicle condition when the DTC was stored can be determined from the freeze frame data.
     1. Hybrid Control System:

        Refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [10/2018 - ]

     2. Electronically Controlled Brake System:

        Refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [10/2018 - ]
