DTC B1476: A/C Inverter Load System [10/2018 - 07/2022]: Procedure

- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine / Active Test.
- Perform the Active Test according to the display on the Techstream.
Powertrain > Engine > Active Test
Tester Display Measurement Item Control Range Diagnostic Note Control the Engine Cooling Fan Duty Ratio Control the cooling fan 0 to 100% Perform this test when vehicle is stopped. Powertrain > Engine > Active Test
Tester Display Control the Engine Cooling Fan Duty Ratio OK
Cooling fan operates smoothly.

- CHECK REFRIGERANT PRESSURE
- Install a manifold gauge set.
- Turn the power switch on (READY).
- Read the manifold gauge pressure when the following conditions are met.
- Prepare the vehicle according to the table below.
