DTC B1473: A/C Inverter Start-up Signal System [10/2018 - ]: Procedure

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the power switch on (READY).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Air Conditioner / Trouble Codes.
5. Check if air conditioning system DTCs are output.

   Body Electrical > Air Conditioner > Trouble Codes 

   Result

   Result	Proceed to
   Only B1473 is output	A
   B1473 and B1498 are output simultaneously	B

Result: 

B 

GO TO DTC B1498. Refer to  DTC B1498: Communication Malfunction (A/C Inverter Local) [10/2018 - ]

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Hybrid control / Trouble Codes.
5. Check if hybrid control system DTCs are output.

   Powertrain > Hybrid Control > Trouble Codes 

   Result

   DTCs are output	B

Result:

GO TO HYBRID CONTROL SYSTEM. Refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2018 - ]

1. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
2. Turn the power switch on (IG).
3. Turn the Techstream on.
4. Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Air Conditioner / Active Test.
5. Perform the Active Test according to the display on the Techstream.

   Body Electrical > Air Conditioner > Active Test
