Installation [10/2018 - ]: Procedure

- INSTALL NO. 1 SWITCH WIRE
HINT:
Perform this procedure only when replacement of the No. 1 switch wire is necessary.
- Engage the 4 guides to install the No. 1 switch wire to the steering wheel assembly.
- INSTALL SHIFT PADDLE SWITCH (TRANSMISSION SHIFT SWITCH ASSEMBLY)
- Connect the 2 shift paddle switch (transmission shift switch assembly) connectors to install the 2 shift paddle switches (transmission shift switch assemblies) to the No. 1 switch wire.
- Engage the 2 clamps.
- Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 shift paddle switches (transmission shift switch assemblies) to the steering wheel assembly.NOTE:
Make sure that the junction of the No. 1 switch wire is the right of the guide as shown in the illustration.
*a No. 1 Switch Wire - Install 2 new screws.
Torque: 1.7 N.m (17 kgf/cm, 15 in.lbf)
