Rear Shut Down Signal Circuit [10/2018 - ]: Procedure
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (HYBRID MOTOR CONTROL INVERTER ASSEMBLY REAR) WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves.
- Check that the service plug grip is not installed.NOTE:
After removing the service plug grip, do not turn the power switch on (READY), unless instructed by the service information because this may cause a malfunction.
- Remove the PCU RR fuse from the No. 3 relay block.
- Disconnect the inverter with converter assembly connector.
*1 No. 3 Relay Block *2 PCU RR Fuse - Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

(to Inverter with converter assembly)- - Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition C41-18 (SDNR) - 2 (PCU RR fuse) Power switch off 10 kΩ or higher C41-18 (SDNR) - Body ground Power switch off 10 kΩ or higher - Connect the inverter with converter assembly connector.
- Install the PCU RR fuse.

- Disconnect the inverter with converter assembly connector.
- Disconnect the Hybrid Motor Control Inverter Assembly Rear connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
