Installation [10/2018 - ]: Procedure

- INSTALL WATER INLET WITH THERMOSTAT SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Install a new gasket to the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly.
HINT:
Be sure to clean the contact surfaces.
- Using an 8 mm socket wrench, install the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf)
- Connect the No. 7 water by-pass hose to the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly and slide the clip to secure it.
- Using an 8 mm socket wrench, connect the sensor wire to the engine water pump assembly (water inlet housing) with the bolt.
Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf)
- Connect the engine water pump assembly (water inlet housing) connector.
- Connect the sensor wire connector.
- Install a new gasket to the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly.
- CONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE
- Connect the No. 2 radiator hose to the water inlet with thermostat sub-assembly and slide the clip to secure it.
- ADD ENGINE COOLANT (for Engine)

- INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Engine)

- INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY
