REMOVE FUEL SENDER GAGE ASSEMBLY

HINT: As the procedure differs depending on the number of clamps for the harness of the fuel sender gauge assembly, make sure to check the fuel suction tube with pump and gauge assembly.

Type A: Disconnect the fuel sender gauge assembly connector.

Type B: Disconnect the fuel pump harness connector and fuel sender gauge assembly connector.

Type A: Disengage the 2 clamps to disconnect the wire harness from the fuel suction tube with pump and gauge assembly.

NOTE:

Do not damage the wire harness.

When disengaging each wire harness from the clamp, disengage one wire at a time.

Type B: Disengage the 3 clamps to disconnect the wire harness from the fuel suction tube with pump and gauge assembly.

NOTE:

Do not damage the wire harness.

When disengaging each wire harness from the clamp, disengage one wire at a time.

Disengage the claw to remove the fuel sender gauge assembly from the fuel sub-tank sub-assembly.

NOTE:

Be careful not to bend the arm of the fuel sender gauge assembly.
