- INSPECT HEAD-UP DISPLAY SWITCH ASSEMBLY (INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY)
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
*1 Head-Up Display Switch *a Component without harness connected
(Head-Up Display Switch Assembly (Integration Control and Panel Assembly))Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 5 (ILU) - 15 (CH) head-up display switch pressed Below 50 Ω head-up display switch not pressed 10 kΩ or higher If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly.
- Illumination Inspection
*a Component without harness connected
(Head-Up Display Switch Assembly (Integration Control and Panel Assembly))- Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the integration control and panel assembly and check that it illuminates.
OK
Condition Specified Condition Auxiliary battery positive (+) → Terminal 7 (ILL+)
Auxiliary battery negative (-) → Terminal 12 (ILL-)Illuminates If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly.
- Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the integration control and panel assembly and check that it illuminates.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
