Switch Operation of Remote Touch not Accepted [10/2015 - 08/2019]: Procedure

1. Enter diagnostic mode and check if the "Service Menu" screen is displayed.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2015 - 08/2019]

   OK

   The "Service Menu" is displayed.

   Result

1. Enter the "Panel&Steering Switch Check Mode" screen. Refer to Check Panel & Steering Switch in Operation Check.

2. Operate the abnormal switch and check if the switch status is correctly displayed.

   OK

   The switch status is correctly displayed as operated.

REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [10/2015 - 08/2016]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [08/2016 - 03/2018]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [03/2018 - 08/2019]

1. Activate self check mode.

2. Check switch operation.

   1. Move the remote touch switch knob to the lower left.
   2. Check that the "HOME", "MAP" or "MENU" switches illuminate when each switch on the remote touch is pressed.
