Installation [10/2020 - 10/2023]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly with the bolt and nut.

      Torque: 7.5 N.m (76 kgf/cm, 66 in.lbf) 

      NOTE:
      • Do not drop the hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly, strike it with tools or subject it to impact.
      • If the hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly is subjected to an impact, replace it with a new one.
    2. w/o Advanced Park:
      1. Connect the 4 connectors.
    3. w/ Advanced Park:
      1. Connect the 3 connectors.
  2. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 15 [10/2020 - 11/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 15 [11/2021 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 14 [10/2022 - 10/2023]

  3. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR PAD PLATE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16 [10/2020 - 11/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 16 [11/2021 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 15 [10/2022 - 10/2023]

  4. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 25 [10/2020 - 11/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 25 [11/2021 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 24 [10/2022 - 10/2023]

  5. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 33 [10/2020 - 11/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 33 [11/2021 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 32 [10/2022 - 10/2023]

  6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 36 [10/2020 - 11/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 36 [11/2021 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 35 [10/2022 - 10/2023]

  7. INSTALL LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [10/2020 - 11/2021] , or refer to INSTALLATION [11/2021 - 10/2023]

  8. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  9. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13 [10/2020 - 11/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13 [11/2021 - 10/2023]

  10. UPDATE ECU SECURITY KEY 

    Refer to UPDATE ECU SECURITY KEY [10/2020 - ]

  11. INITIALIZATION AFTER RECONNECTING AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL 

    Refer to WORK PROCEDURE [10/2020 - 11/2021] , or refer to WORK PROCEDURE [11/2021 - 10/2022] , or refer to WORK PROCEDURE [10/2022 - ]

    HINT: 

    When disconnecting and reconnecting the auxiliary battery, there is an automatic learning function that completes learning when the respective system is used.

  12. PERFORM RESET MEMORY 

    If the hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly is replaced, initialize the learning value of the transmission.
