- REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

- REMOVE NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX DUCT
- Remove the 2 clips and No. 1 console box duct.

- REMOVE SHIFT POSITION INDICATOR
HINT:
Perform this procedure only when replacing the shift position indicator.
- Remove the 2 screws, 2 claws and shift position indicator from the console upper panel assembly.

- REMOVE TRANSMISSION FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY

Disconnect the 2 clamps.
- Disconnect the transmission floor shift assembly connector.

- Remove the 4 bolts and transmission floor shift assembly from the body.
