Removal [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FRONT ROOF TOP GARNISH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 46 [11/2021 - 10/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 46 [10/2022 - 10/2023] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 46 [10/2023 - ]

  2. REMOVE MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY 
    1. w/o Advanced Drive:

      Place hand here
      Remove in this Direction
      1. Place your hand at the position shown in the illustration and pull in the direction indicated by the arrow to detach the clip.
      2. Place both hands at the position shown in the illustration and pull in the removal direction (1) to detach the clip.

        Remove in this Direction (1)
        Remove in this Direction (2)
      3. Pull in the removal direction (2) to detach the guide and remove the map light assembly.
    2. w/ Advanced Drive:

      Place hands here
      Remove in this Direction
      1. Place your hand at the position shown in the illustration and pull in the direction indicated by the arrow to detach the clip.
      2. Place both hands at the position shown in the illustration and pull in the removal direction (1) to detach the clip.

        Remove in this Direction (2)
      3. Pull in the removal direction (2) to detach the guide and remove the map light assembly.
    3. Disconnect the 2 connectors.
