DTC C1620-11: Rear Camera Circuit Short to Ground [10/2022 - 10/2023]: Procedure

Pre-procedure1

1. Disconnect the L266 parking assist ECU connector.
2. Disconnect the L236 rear television camera assembly connector.

   Procedure1

3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   L266-1 (CB+) - L236-1 (CB+)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   L266-2 (CGND) - L236-2 (CGND)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   L266-1 (CB+) or L236-1 (CB+) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   L266-2 (CGND) or L236-2 (CGND) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

   Post-procedure1

3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
   L236-1 (CB+) - L236-2 (CGND)	Ignition switch ON	7.5 to 8.5 V
   L236-1 (CB+) - L236-2 (CGND)	Ignition switch off	Below 1 V
