Installation [04/2013 - 10/2017]: Procedure

INSTALL V-RIBBED BELT

Set the V-ribbed belt onto every pulley.

*1	Water Pump Assembly
*2	Generator Assembly
*3	No. 2 Idler Pulley Sub-assembly
*4	V-ribbed Belt Tensioner Assembly
*5	Crankshaft Pulley
*6	Compressor and Magnetic Clutch Assembly

NOTE:

Put the backside of the V-ribbed belt on the V-ribbed belt tensioner pulley and No. 2 idler pulley sub-assembly.
Check that the V-ribbed belt is properly set to each pulley.

While turning the V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly counterclockwise, remove the bar.

If it is difficult to install the V-ribbed belt, perform the following procedure.

Check that the V-ribbed belt fits properly in the ribbed grooves.
HINT:

Make sure to check by hand that the V-ribbed belt has not slipped out of the grooves on the bottom of the crankshaft pulley.

INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

INSTALL INLET NO. 1 AIR CLEANER

INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL
