1. Check the Data List for proper functioning of the luggage closer motor assembly (Refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST [09/2014 - 10/2015] or refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST [10/2015 - 09/2017] or refer to DATA LIST / ACTIVE TEST [09/2017 - ] ).

1. Disconnect the U33 luggage closer motor connector.
2. Disconnect the a9 luggage compartment door lock assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   U33-7 (HAF) - a9- 6 (FSW)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   U33-21 (SWG) - a9- 7 (E)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   U33-7 (HAF) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   U33-21 (SWG) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

1. Temporarily replace the luggage compartment door lock assembly with a new or normally functioning one (Refer to REMOVAL [09/2014 - 10/2015] or refer to REMOVAL [10/2015 - ] ).
