- Check for DTCs (Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [09/2014 - ]
).
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (LUGGAGE CLOSER MOTOR - LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY)
- Disconnect the U33 luggage closer motor connector.
- Disconnect the a9 luggage compartment door lock assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition U33-16 (CSG) - a9- 4 (CPSE) Always Below 1 Ω U33-17 (CS2) - a9- 9 (CPS2) Always Below 1 Ω U33-18 (CS1) - a9- 2 (CSP1) Always Below 1 Ω U33-19 (CSV) - a9- 3 (CPS+) Always Below 1 Ω U33-16 (CSG) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher U33-17 (CS2) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher U33-18 (CS1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher U33-19 (CSV) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

- Disconnect the U63 multiplex network door ECU connector.
- Disconnect the a9 luggage compartment door lock assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
