DTC B2250: Back Door Closer Operation Malfunction [09/2014 - 10/2015]: Procedure

1. Clear the DTCs (Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [09/2014 - ] )

   OK

   DTC B2250 is not output.

OK 

USE SIMULATION METHOD TO CHECK 

(Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [09/2014 - 10/2015] )

NG

1. Disconnect the U33 luggage closer motor connector.
2. Disconnect the a9 luggage compartment door lock assembly connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   U33-16 (CSG) - a9- 4 (CPSE)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   U33-17 (CS2) - a9- 9 (CPS2)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   U33-18 (CS1) - a9- 2 (CSP1)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   U33-19 (CSV) - a9- 3 (CPS+)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   U33-16 (CSG) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   U33-17 (CS2) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   U33-18 (CS1) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
   U33-19 (CSV) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

Result: 

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

Result: 

OK

1. Temporarily replace the luggage compartment door lock assembly with a new or normally functioning one (Refer to REMOVAL [09/2014 - 10/2015] ).
