Terminals Of Ecu [07/2019 - 10/2019]

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 10 other vehicles, including the 2024 Lexus ES 350, 2024 Lexus ES 250, 2023 Lexus ES 350, 2023 Lexus ES 250, and 2022 Lexus ES 350. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
NOTE:
  • After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal notices before proceeding with work.

    Refer to INITIALIZATION [06/2018 - 10/2019]

  • Before measuring the resistance of the CAN bus, turn the engine switch off and leave the vehicle for 1 minute or more without operating the key or any switches, or opening or closing the doors. After that, disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal and leave the vehicle for 1 minute or more before measuring the resistance.
  • This section describes the standard values for all CAN related components.
