DTC B1537-11: Telephone Sub Antenna Circuit Short to Ground; DTC B1537-13: Telephone Sub Antenna Circuit Open [10/2019 - ]: Procedure

1. Turn the engine switch off.
2. Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
3. Turn the engine switch on (IG) and wait for 10 seconds or more.
4. Turn the Techstream on.
5. Clear the DTCs.

   Body Electrical > Telematics > Clear DTCs 

6. Check for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output.

   Body Electrical > Telematics > Trouble Codes 

   OK

   No DTCs are output.

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

OK

   Refer to REMOVAL [06/2018 - 08/2021] , or refer to REMOVAL [08/2021 - 09/2022] , or refer to REMOVAL [09/2022 - ]

2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   4 - 4a	Always	9 to 11 kΩ

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

NG 

REPLACE TELEPHONE AND GPS ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (FOR FRONT SIDE). Refer to  REMOVAL [06/2018 - 08/2021]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [08/2021 - 09/2022]  , or refer to  REMOVAL [09/2022 - ] 

Result: 

OK

1. Disconnect the antenna connector from the telephone and GPS antenna assembly (for Front Side).

2. Disconnect the antenna connector from the DCM (telematics transceiver).

3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   A-1 or D-4 - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher

1. Replace the DCM (telematics transceiver) with a new one.

   Refer to REMOVAL [10/2019 - 08/2020] , or refer to REMOVAL [08/2020 - 09/2022] , or refer to REMOVAL [09/2022 - ]

   NOTE:

   • The engine switch must be off.
   • Do not exchange the DCM (telematics transceiver) with one from another vehicle.
