Operation not Accepted Even If Air Conditioning Switch is Operated [06/2018 - ]: Procedure

CHECK FOR DTC

Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
Turn the engine switch on (IG).
Turn the Techstream on.
Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Air Conditioner / Trouble Codes.

Check for DTCs.

Body Electrical > Air Conditioner > Trouble Codes

B14B2 is output	B

Result:

GO TO DTC B14B2. Refer to DTC B14B2: Lost Communication with Front Panel LIN [06/2018 - ]

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY - BATTERY AND BODY GROUND)

Disconnect the G39 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Voltage

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
G39-1 (B) - Body ground	Always	11 to 14 V
G39-2 (IG+) - Body ground	Engine switch on (IG)	11 to 14 V
G39-2 (IG+) - Body ground	Engine switch off	Below 1 V

Standard Resistance

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
G39-4 (GND) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω
