Removal [06/2018 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE TRANSMISSION WIRE 

    Refer to REMOVAL [06/2018 - 01/2020] , or refer to REMOVAL [01/2020 - 08/2020] , or refer to REMOVAL [08/2020 - 08/2021] , or refer to REMOVAL [08/2021 - 07/2023] , or refer to REMOVAL [07/2023 - ] 

  2. REMOVE TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disengage the clamp to disconnect the transmission revolution sensor (NC) wire connector.

    2. Remove the 9 bolts and transmission valve body assembly from the automatic transaxle case sub-assembly.

    3. Remove the 2 transaxle case gaskets from the automatic transaxle case sub-assembly.

      *1 Transaxle Case Gasket
      *2 No. 1 Front Oil Pump Cover Gasket
      *3 No. 2 Front Oil Pump Cover Gasket
    4. Remove the transaxle case gasket from the counter drive gear sub-assembly.
    5. Remove the No. 1 front oil pump cover gasket from the front oil pump assembly.
    6. Remove the No. 2 front oil pump cover gasket from the front oil pump assembly.
