  2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS 
    1. Interview the customer and confirm the problem.

  3. CHECK DTC AND FREEZE FRAME DATA* 
    1. Check and record DTCs and Freeze Frame Data.

      for DTC Check / Clear: Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [06/2018 - ] 

      for Freeze Frame Data: Refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [06/2018 - ] 

      Chassis > Brake/EPB > Trouble Codes 

    2. Clear the DTCs and Freeze Frame Data.

      for DTC Check / Clear: Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [06/2018 - ] 

      for Freeze Frame Data: Refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [06/2018 - ] 

      Chassis > Brake/EPB > Clear DTCs 

    3. Reconfirm the DTCs.
      1. Reconfirm the DTCs based on the recorded DTCs and Freeze Frame Data.

        for DTC Check / Clear: Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [06/2018 - ] 

        for Freeze Frame Data: Refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [06/2018 - ]

  7. RECONFIRM DTC* 
    1. Clear the DTCs.

      Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [06/2018 - ] 

      Chassis > Brake/EPB > Clear DTCs 

    2. Turn the engine switch off.
    3. Turn the engine switch on (IG).
    4. Check if the same DTCs are output.

      Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [06/2018 - ] 

      Chassis > Brake/EPB > Trouble Codes
