Vehicle Approaching Sound ECU Communication Stop Mode [06/2018 - 08/2021]: Procedure
- CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS LINES (VEHICLE APPROACHING SPEAKER CONTROLLER BRANCH LINE)
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
- Disconnect the G42 vehicle approaching speaker controller connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

(to Vehicle Approaching Speaker Controller) - Reconnect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
